Holly Visits

Monday

Lauren had a special visitor this week. My first cousin, Holly, visited from Monday to Friday. What a wonderful time we had! Holly will be returning to college in two weeks.

Wednesday

Holly was SO helpful this week. She helped me cook for two afternoons. We made 10 casseroles and several desserts - chocolate of course! Take note all you single men out there reading this blog - YES - Holly is available and she can cook.

Wednesday night, Holly kept Lauren while Lance and I went to the movie theatre. This was our first date since her birth. Afterwards, Lance and I confessed to each other that we would have enjoyed a long nap more than any movie- ha!

I missed my little girl. Look - Lauren is smiling to see her mommy back from the movies!

The Henning family returned from Disneyworld last week. Look at this precious Tinkerbell outfit and Mickey Mouse ears they brought back for Lauren.

Friday

Friday, Holly says "Goodbye" to Lauren. Lance tried his best to get her to transfer to MSU -to no avail. She said something about the fact that her parents probably would not pay for MSU tuition, housing, books, etc. Bye Holly - we will surely miss you!
